Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to BoatReadyGo, a service provided by Johnson Creative LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Marketplace role
BoatReadyGo provides software that helps renters and independent boat operators discover vessels, organize bookings, communicate, document condition, and manage trip records. Unless a listing states otherwise, the operator—not BoatReadyGo—owns, controls, maintains, and supplies the vessel and is responsible for the rental service.
Eligibility and account security
You must be legally able to enter a contract and satisfy the operator’s age, licensing, identification, safety, and insurance requirements. You must provide accurate information, safeguard your account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
Bookings, prices, and payment
Listings, availability, pricing, deposits, taxes, fees, fuel rules, and cancellation terms are supplied or configured by the operator. A booking is not confirmed until the app reports confirmation and any required payment succeeds. The independent operator is the merchant of record for the rental, receives its rental proceeds, and is responsible for fulfillment, taxes, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks. Card payments are processed by Stripe. BoatReadyGo may deduct a disclosed platform fee from a rental payment.
Operator subscriptions and platform fees
Operators may pay recurring software subscription fees, per-booking platform fees, or both. Current prices, plan limits, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation controls are displayed before an operator starts or changes a plan. Operator subscription billing is managed through the BoatReadyGo web dashboard.
Cancellations, credits, and refunds
Cancellation outcomes depend on the disclosed policy, booking status, timing, payment method, and applicable law. Weather exceptions must be confirmed by the operator. A refund or credit is not complete until the app or payment provider confirms it.
Safety and vessel use
You are responsible for following laws, navigation rules, capacity and operating limits, operator instructions, and safe-boating practices. Review weather and water conditions before departure. BoatReadyGo does not provide emergency, navigation, mechanical, legal, medical, or insurance advice. In an emergency, contact the appropriate authorities.
Inspections and optional access features
Before- and after-trip photos and checklists may be used to document vessel condition. Automated photo observations can be incomplete or incorrect and may require human review. Digital access features, where supported by a specific operator and vessel, do not replace physical safety checks or operator instructions.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service; interfere with security; impersonate another person; upload unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content; scrape the service; reverse engineer protected components except where law permits; or use BoatReadyGo to facilitate unsafe or unlawful conduct.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BoatReadyGo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that listings, operator statements, availability, automated observations, connectivity, or the service will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Johnson Creative LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms and will post the effective date. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, operators, the service, or comply with law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion from the app.
